Summertime

What to do on a warm summer night? I should have been studying but drinking wine and eating pizza on a rooftop in the evening sun, while chatting with my girlfriends and watching the sunset instead was just too tempting.. I was wearing a new pair of glitter shorts (yes, another pair), suede ankle boots, my Jim Morrison shirt and a fringe bag.

De Zon Festival

On sunday I went to my first festival called De Zon (the sun), and the sun did not disappoint us. It was over 20 degrees! Although you can't really see it in these pictures I was wearing my H&M fashion against aids shorts, a simple grey T and my big brown boots. For this weekend I have a beach picknick & party planned on friday and I'll be going to Edit festival on saturday so let's keep our fingers crossed the weather stays this good!

Trend report / Feather Extensions

After the feather earrings and feather necklaces, a new trend is spotted: feather extensions. The feathers, that will be attached to your hair, are available in all colors and sizes you can imagine. You can go for a set of bright colored ones if you want them to stand out or you can go for a set of natural ones to make them blend in with your own hair. I found a girl in Amsterdam who's placing feather extensions and I'm thinking about getting some natural colored ones for summer. What are your thoughts about this trend?

Crochet crochet

The last couple of days were pretty good. I went to a crazy boat party dressed up as a bride from outer space, did a lot of studying, had my first dinner outside, did some more studying, enjoyed the sun from the rooftop of a library, had two ice-creams on one day, watched the champions league finale (oh wait, that was boring), had some good quality time with my mum, went to my first festival of this summer and the weather couldn't have been better. It's been a while since my last outfit post, I haven't really had the time to take outfit pictures lately. Some photobooth pictures of me posing on my couch trying to show you my new crochet dress are all I can entertain you with right now. Let's hope the weather stays this good so I can wear this outfit to a beach picknick on friday :)

New in / fashion against aids shorts

I fell in love with these shorts as soon as I saw the new fashion against aids collection. Finding them in my size wasn't easy but after looking for them in about 4 h&m stores I finally got them :)

New in / Glitter shorts

They're a bit (actually, very) short but hey, they're glitter shorts! How could I resist buying these?

The last 5 days were pretty crazy, and now it's time to get back to the normal life... These pics are from yesterday, celebrating queensday. The weather was crazy good so I wore my new crochet shorts, a simple white tee and ankle boots.
